Recycling bins at Hank Edwards Reserve

We were expecting a Saturday recycling truck for the summer, but it seems we have these recycling bins. Presumably they will be there all summer.

Crash rate signs and flexible median posts

We were promised urgent improvements to the stretch of SH1 between Manakau and Levin (see A possibly slightly safer road to Levin before Christmas 2018), and indeed these have now been implemented.

Summer recycling truck starts 22 December 2018

Each summer the Horowhenua District Council sends a truck on Saturday mornings to gather up recycling from the community. We’ve confirmed it’ll be at Hank Edwards Reserve on Saturday mornings from 9 am till 11.30, starting on 22 December 2018. Take your recycling along to be taken away.
